We hope you love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, please email us at info@eminandpaul.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Items returned without prior notice or outside this window will not be accepted.

Returned items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include all tags and packaging.

EMIN + PAUL reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our Returns Policy. Items that do not meet these conditions may be sent back to the original shipping address.

We do not cover return shipping costs at this time.

UK customers may return purchases within 7 days of receipt. Please email us in advance to arrange the return.

International returns are the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, especially for higher-value items, as we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.
If you're unable to return within 7 days, please email us within that window to notify us. Returns without communication that exceed 7 days will not be processed.

You may return items in person at our Covent Garden store. Please email our Customer Care team before visiting and bring your order confirmation with you.

Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable for online orders.
