We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. UK customers enjoy free returns within this 14-day window. Please note that we are unable to accept any returns after 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include all tags and packaging.

EMIN + PAUL reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our Returns Policy. Items that do not meet these conditions may be sent back to the original shipping address.

We do not cover return shipping costs at this time.

International returns are the customer's responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, especially for higher-value items, as we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.
If you're unable to return within 14 days, please email us within that window to notify us. Returns without communication that exceed 14 days will not be processed.
