International shipments may be held by your local customs authority for an additional time for an assessment of duty fees or sales tax. We offer Delivery Duty Paid services to international regions (including European Union). We are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to.

What if I’m not in to sign for my delivery?

Please schedule redelivery here via Royal Mail.

Can I collect my order from your store?

Yes, you can! However only from our Covent Garden store at 33 Monmouth Street, Seven Dials, West End, London, WC2H 9DD. Please contact us to arrange a collection.

Can my order be delivered to a different address than billing address?

Yes, you can! Please specify shipping address upon checkout when paying by card. You can also specify this when Apple Pay and Google Pay express checkout process.

How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail or text from Royal Mail with your tracking number. This can be used to refer to your shipment and track it via Royal Mail Tracking.

Will I be charged any extra taxes or duty fees upon delivery outside of United Kingdom?

Please be aware that orders delivered outside the UK may attract additional import duty or local sales tax. This is to be paid by the receiver upon arrival in the country or at delivery. Rules and charges vary by country and local governments.

RETURNS

Online purchase terms + conditions:
We hope that you love your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we kindly ask that any return requests are communicated to us at info@eminandpaul.com within 7 days of receiving the goods so we can prepare for it. Any goods returned outside of this window cannot be accepted.
Please note we only accept items that are unworn and in their original condition with all tags and any packaging intact. At this time we unfortunately do not cover return shipping charges.

Returns by post:
United Kingdom – You can return any purchases within 7 days of receipt.
International – Returns from outside of UK are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in transit. For this reason we highly recommend using a tracked shipping service.  For higher priced returns we recommend using an insured service with tracking. We understand not all international returns can be processed within 7 days so please email us within the returns policy window so we are made aware. Returns without communication that fall over 7 days will not be processed.

Frequent returns
If you are experiencing sizing issues or consistently finding merchandise to be unsatisfactory, please contact our Customer Care team.

Frequent returns made from the same account will automatically be flagged in our system. If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we may take action in the form of blocking an account and/or canceling future orders.

EMIN + PAUL reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our Returns Policy. Returns that do not respect the policy may be sent back to the original shipping address.
